The Flower Hunter: Creating a Floral Love Story Inspired by the Landscape

We are extremely fortunate to collaborate with Lucy a second time, and she has graciously provided signed book plates for copies of her new book.

These autographed bookplate editions are exclusively available in New Zealand at Puriri Lane @ Addenbrooke.

Those who admired Lucy's initial publication are sure to be charmed once more by this stunning second volume. Another wonderful publication which will inspire you to create some exciting new projects! The Flower Hunter vol.2 includes over 300 breathtaking photographs of blooming flowers and their unique stories. Every page is filled with a unique visual experience that will transport you to stunning landscapes.

In The Flower Hunter: Creating a Floral Love Story Inspired by the LandscapeLucy invites us on her personal wanderings exploring her treasured spaces and places, from the coast with its cliffs and shifting light to the romance and seduction of the countryside. She takes us to breathtaking coastal landscapes, exploring the play of light, and the rhythm and patterns that nature creates. On this journey Lucy finds the contrast and harmony between cities and villages; she takes us to the mountains and the country.

Another impressive book which will inspire the reader to create some exciting new projects!  Every page is filled with a unique visual experience that will transport you to awe inspiring landscapes, and back home to watch as Lucy interprets these landscapes into amazing floral arrangements.

Again, Lucy's evocative, gently humorous words accompany her glorious photographs and exquisite floral arrangements, as she encourages the reader to marvel at the beauty of our landscapes, developing our own innate creativity, and to look for beauty in our own landscapes.

Lucy will guide us to see with new eyes our own landscapes here within the islands of Aotearoa, inspiring and guiding us to create.

I look forward to adding this new book to my collection, exhibiting it prominently on my coffee table. How about you?
