At Addenbrooke, we want you to love your home as much as we do; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Addenbrooke boxes with all protective inserts to ensure they arrive back to us safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
