Helleborus x hybridus | Double Hybrid | Apricot
These Hellebores are hybrids that have really good clear colours on strong stems and which are more upright facing. So many of the early hybrids were real nodders, or as we like to say, just shy. So, they always had to have the flowers turned up to see what was in them. One reason the plants nod is to protect them from the winter elements. And so, it is nice to be able to see what is hiding under the petals now as these have been bred to have their little heads turned upright. Gorgeous colours and quality plants. This lovely Apricot is no exception. It has shades of apricot and hues of red on its underside and around the edges of the petals, along with the dark pink towards the centres.
Pot size: 2.5 litres
