This botanical beauty bears mid to dark green leaves and, large, broad panicles 20-30cm long of mostly showy white sterile florets which become pink-tinged with age, flowering from late summer to autumn. A real show stopper!
Prefers full sun but some protection in dappled shade away from the afternoon sun in the warmer areas of our country.
It will tolerate dry soils and will need protection from the wind to keep its good looks too.
Prune back very hard in late winter, they bloom on new wood.
Hardy perennial.
Grows to 2m tall and 2m wide.
