Also known as Hesperantha (or commonly known as Winter Ixia), this very late flowering clumping perennial with sword-shaped green leaves has beautiful crisp pale pink star-shaped flowers.

Our plants flower from early Autumn into sometimes late Winter so they are great for cutting a lovely bunch of pretty flowers for the table at a time when so few things are flowering. Plant in full sun and keep watered during drier periods. Easily split to give you more plants and reasonably quick to multiply. Can be deciduous or semi-deciduous depending on your winter but will re-emerge in spring. Frost hardy.
