This delicate little campanula has graceful wiry stems that float above its fine foliage with small attractive bell-shaped nodding violet-blue flowers.  Plants form a small rounded basal rosette of leaves.  This plant likes good drainage so is a perfect choice for rock gardens, sunny walls or banks. Plants whilst short-lived will self-sow.  Happy in full sun or partial shade in well-drained soil.  In hotter climates, the plant will appreciate some respite from the hot afternoon sun.

A wonderful little plant for a cottage garden or even a pot.  If you deadhead the flowers this will encourage additional flowers.  A graceful addition to a vase.  Plants can also be divided.
