Geranium versicolor | Cranesbill
Geranium versicolor is one of the parent plants of the x oxonianums, the other one being Geranium endressii. Its flowers are very light pink, with an intricate network of purple veins. The leaves have maroon blotches at the base of each leaf indentation. This one grows 45 cm tall and wide. It is a beautiful plant and very useful in the garden. It will do well in light shade, though doesn't mind sun either, and will grow in most soils. In mild winters, it will also retain a tuft of bright green foliage. And as with most Geraniums, it’s great for pollinators too!
Hardy Geraniums are one of the most diverse genera of herbaceous perennials. It is possible to find a Geranium to suit most parts of your garden, from the vast range of species and varieties available. They complement most other plants beautifully and, chosen wisely, can provide a continuation of colour in the garden from spring through to early winter. Very light pink flowers with a darker pink and fascinatingly intricate web of veins. Forms a mound of mid-green foliage that bears subtle bronze markings.
Plant size: 1 Litre Pot
