This stunning honeysuckle Graham Thomas is a large twining deciduous climber with oval, dark green leaves that have a slightly whitish underside to them with terminal clusters of fragrant flowers that start out white and then change to a buff-yellow.
This fabulous climber which is also lovely for picking has a long flowering season throughout summer and well into autumn as well as red berries in autumn. This is a very hardy plant that likes a well drained but moist position and is happy in any soil type including clay and sandy soils. Plants are even in happy in either an exposed or sheltered position but do like something to climb up so a frame or a tree is a perfect choice as plants are happy in full sun and partial shade. These are lovely well established plants.
