Thryptomene saxicola | Super-Nova is simply the most delightful free-flowering small shrub with stunning pure white star shaped flowers on graceful arching branches. The flowers appear from spring and often throughout the year.  The stems have small tiny aromatic leaves.

Thryptomene is such a fabulous cut flower and adds an airy gracefulness to bouquets and vase arrangements, with stems often lasting up to two weeks in a vase. It is a tough, drought tolerant plant so a great choice for a low maintenance garden. Plant Thryptomene in a well-drained soil and a sunny to lightly shaded position. Fertilise with a general purpose fertiliser in both spring and autumn. Frost tolerant once established, so some protection is required initially.
