This lovely Liriope has showy spikes of purple flowers in late summer and autumn that are held on tall stems that are held above grassy green and white variegated foliage. Excellent as a garden edging, plant on mass, or under-planted at the base of trees where many plants won't grow. Also makes a great cut flower. 

Happy in deep shade to partial shade and is both low maintenance and drought tolerant. We have used this to edge our path as can be seen from the photo and it always gets a lot of comments. Shear back early Winter to promote new growth and to tidy them up. Evergreen and hardy.
