The most compact variety of Escallonia, with its shiny foliage, which make a tight, dense hedge. Wonderfully large pale-pink fragrant flowers which are absolute butterfly magnets adorn the shrub all summer long. Great in coastal gardens too. Attractive to bees and other pollinators and evergreen to boot.

This hardy shrub grows to 3m tall and 2m wide over about 5 years, which is quite quick in the gardening world! Plant in full sun for the best blooms but will tolerate some light shade in the heart of the day. Lovely plant!
