Viburnum plicatum is a low maintenance, excellently shaped medium sized shrub, upright but spreading in habit with horizontal branching that looks layered. Really beautiful.

Blooms with large white lacecap flowers and heart-shaped, deeply-veined dark-green leaves to 10cm which turn red-purple in autumn. This beauty is a wonderful all rounder in the garden, and highly desirable!

It can cope with the coldest of winters down to -15 but will need shelter in exposed sites from wind.

Plant in full sun or part shade for best growth.

A 'must have' shrub and excellent for floral work.
